By supplying your details and accepting theses terms and conditions verifies that you understand that membership with the Q4 Club entails a commitment to receive 2 cases of Premium Pepper Tree wines per quarter (8 cases of wine over a 12 month period). You are also aware that certain benefits are only available to be redeemed from your 12 month anniversary of the Q4 Club.
Your Membership commitment is for a minimum of a 12 month period and will continue as an ongoing commitment until Pepper Tree Wines Pty Ltd is notified. Each time we contact your current and relevant contact information will be provided.

Orders will dispatched with one the following transport or courier companies;
- Australia Post
- Fastway
- TNT
Delivery times vary throughout Australia but are typically within 1 – 10 business days of dispatch.
Refund Policy:
In the event that you change your mind we are happy to offer a full refund on the products return to Pepper Tree Wines. The freight cost of returning the wines will not be reimbursed.
In the event that your purchase is faulty, we will happily offer you a refund or exchange at our discretion.
